Why choose us?
Organised in partnership with Université Laval (Canada) within the
framework of an L2IA (Associated Interdisciplinary International Laboratory)
and a privileged institutional collaboration, this summer school draws on a
unique research and training ecosystem in comparative labour law and industrial
relations. As a member of the internationally recognised CRIMT
network, the summer school also benefits from high-quality speakers.
This project stands out for its multidisciplinary and comparative approach, its pedagogy based on problem-solving methods, and its clear objective: to examine how systems of labour relations can respond to major contemporary challenges such as environmental transition, technological change, population ageing and different forms of social exclusion.
In a context of constant
reform in labour relations, the need to train young lawyers and, more broadly,
students specialising in work and employment studies in comparative and
interdisciplinary approaches has led the Centre de droit
comparé du travail et de la sécurité sociale (COMPTRASEC) team to create this summer school, which will enable
participants to develop their ability to design institutional innovations.
